VERBAL GIFTS AND BLESSINGS

OPIPHANY #1: A gift never given loses its essence and its good intentions loses relevance. Life is too short to not share with loved ones how much they mean to you or what you feel for them. It's the easiest gift to give and often times the most cherished. It's a gift that truly keeps on giving.

We find ourselves in a constant state of withdrawal from our emotions when it comes to telling people how we feel about them. We don't want to say too much, appear too corny, gas someone's ego...the list is endless. When it comes to a genuine verbal sentiment, we really ought to learn to embrace it and simply share it.

How many times do we hear about a person that experiences a loss and wished they had told that person how they felt about them before they left? Or even lost connections never realized until years later, sometimes too late when one person finally confesses their love for them? And even stories where someone continued to do more when they realized how much their actions were appreciated because someone took the time to acknowledge it?

You never know the impact you can make in your own life and that of someone else. Life is too short to hold on to something that is suppose to be given. Stop holding vaults of emotional gifts. Share and give them away and experience one of the best feelings ever. Verbal gifts never get old and never lose it's meaning. It's a trait that of honor. Everyone appreciates a person that takes time to acknowledge their worth.
