QUALITY CONTROL

OPIPHANY #2: The best way to practice your rights as a consumer is to simply not support businesses that fall short of your satisfaction. The same applies to people and systems in your life. Don't be mad at the person and things that continue to fail you..be mad at yourself for continuing to entertain them. An act is only as big as its audience.

Sometimes we become enablers of our own demise, when we fail to remove cancers that compromise our wholeness. There's a difference between having tolerance for certain things and carelessly exposing yourself to unnecessary elements that weigh you down and become toxins in your life.

Unless you are committing your life into sainthood or trying to begin a relentless movement for the betterment of mankind, there is no logical reason to sacrifice yourself and stability for things not conducive to healthy living and a state of mind.

Many of us have family and friends we have come to call our own, and would do close to anything to help them. Some of us have careers or endeavors we've greatly invested in and want to see through. Learn to give them their respective place in your life and learn to step away when it becomes a threat to your overall wellness. Stop supporting systems that don't value you. Regain your power.
